Finding Inspiration

You definitely don’t have to look far to find inspiration. Social media, used the right way, can inspire people across the world. I have to say my circle of friends are the most inspiring I know. I would have never met them without Word Press or Instagram.

I am one who is inspired by nature, words, and the light of others. I truly believe a spark of creativity can make the unexpected bloom. Just look at Pinterest, how many amazing projects have you tried? For me, there has been a ton. My husband gives me a sideways glance when I show him a new project idea. Lol!

Late last year, I was gifted a basket of houseplants. That one single act sparked a passion for me. Now I am up to nine. Not a lot by any means, but it made me explore something new, something I didn’t realize that would bring me so much joy. My list grows long after discovering the tag #houseplantsofinstagram

I have also found joy in creating little inspirational tags for Instagram. I enjoy seeing these and reading the mini stories that sometimes accompany the image. Below are a few I created. IG is a great way to stay connected to the people who inspire you. It’s definitely a ‘pick me up ‘ on a dark day.
