Woodland Walk – Free Journaling Print

Inspiration comes in many forms. Quiet the mind and the soul will speak. Recharging the creative soul is a needed practice. The newly crisp air, the subtle changes in color and the peace that fills the woods speaks in silent volume.

As I walked today, I collected small things that made me smile. A few ferns, pretty weeds and seed pods. The most brilliant mushrooms were in abundance. A few of my favorite flowers, even an abandoned bird nest was at my feet. Here is a sampling of the collection on my workbench in the barn.

In these items I found inspiration. I recently started journaling again. I have been sharing a few of my pages on Instagram. Once I looked over my haul, I decided I simply couldn’t pass on taking a few more photos of the collected treasures.

Today I created a journal pack with 10 fern cards, 5 mushroom cards, 3 papers, word art and 2.5″inch circles. To see the full pack click here

I hope you can make time to enjoy the passion that drives you.

Much love,

Lisa

  1. This may very well be my favorite of your posts. Leave it to you to do a collage using natural objects. Lisa, you have an exquisite ‘eye’ for placement and design. Plant that little fern to remember the day. A flower here, a shrub there, plants are part of the tapestry of our lives. Your artwork is a testament to that. 🤗💕🤗💕🤗
